By using this website and/or placing orders on the Webshop, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read these carefully before making a purchase.

Purchase of goods
To make a purchase in our Webshop, you’ll need to provide personal details such as your name, address, and payment information. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and a binding purchase agreement is only formed once you receive an order confirmation from us. The confirmation includes your order number, delivery details, and the total price, including any shipping fees. Contact our customer care team at info@maisonnikoui.com with inquiries.
Prices and payment
The displayed product prices include VAT and are valid until updated. We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, Visa Electron, and MobilePay, with fees displayed at checkout. Transactions occur over an encrypted SSL connection. Payments are reserved at order time but charged only upon shipment.
Vat
Orders with delivery in Denmark are subject to Danish VAT (25%).
Delivery
Orders are shipped via GLS, and delivery typically takes 1-3 days from the order date. Maison Nikoui is responsible for the product until it is received by the cardholder.
Right of withdrawl
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receipt without explanation. To withdraw, follow the return instructions in your package and inform us before the withdrawal period expires. Please return items promptly in their original condition, including packaging and labels, within 14 days of withdrawal notification to:

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 10 days from when we receive the returned item, refunded to the original payment method. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@maisonnikoui.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@maisonnikoui.com with pictures and information.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Complaint Options
In accordance with Danish consumer law, you have a 24-month complaint period on all products purchased from Maison Nikoui. This means you can submit a complaint regarding defects or issues with the product that were present at the time of purchase. To make a complaint, please contact us at info@maisonnikoui.com, providing details of the issue, and if possible, attach photos of the defect.If the complaint is valid, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Please note that the complaint period does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling.
