Creative Community & Content Manager

Maison Nikoui is looking for a creative and ambitious profile to elevate our universe through strong content, active community-building, and ambassador management. You will become a key part of a growing fragrance brand where storytelling, aesthetics, and personality define everything we do.

Your Responsibilities:
Create high-quality creative and visual content (photo, video, short-form, storytelling).
Plan and execute content for TikTok, Instagram, and newsletters.
Build and nurture the Maison Nikoui community across platforms.
Select, coordinate, and activate ambassadors and creators.
Support PR efforts including press relations, send-outs, pitches, and media contact.
Ensure brand consistency across all storytelling and touchpoints.
Contribute to creative campaigns, launches, and event concepts.

Has experience in content creation and can produce independently.
Understands storytelling and loves working visually.
Knows TikTok and Instagram dynamics and can create engaging content.
Is social, relationship-driven, and thrives in community-focused work.
Has an interest in PR, media, and communication.
Is structured, responsible, and follows tasks through to completion.
Brings a creative mindset and a strong aesthetic eye.

E-commerce Growth & Performance Manager 
Your Responsibilities
Drive and scale Maison Nikoui’s e-commerce performance across international markets.
Build and optimize the full online customer journey — from traffic to conversion to retention.
Manage and grow paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) with a strong ROAS focus.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies, funnels, and landing pages.
Improve website performance, UX, CRO, and mobile experience.
Manage product listings, launches, and merchandising on the webshop.
Analyze data, identify opportunities, and create actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with content, creative, and brand teams to ensure alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Work with email flows, automation, and segmentation (Klaviyo or similar).
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has experience scaling e-commerce brands internationally.
Knows performance marketing and can manage budgets and campaigns independently.
Understands DTC, growth loops, and digital consumer behavior.
Is analytical, structured, and excellent at turning data into growth.
Has experience with Shopify (or similar) and strong technical understanding.
Is proactive, execution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Has a passion for brand-building and premium consumer experiences.
